I consider the warm, accepting, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor to be the vital key to effective counselling. I offer a safe space to explore any issue troubling you; your time to use as you wish. I believe all clients have the ability to address their difficulties successfully and will support and empower you without direction or advice, respecting any decisions you make.
I draw on a range of counselling approaches to provide the right support for you as an individual. If wished I also have a range of creative activities which can be adjusted for any age, which may help to release unexpressed emotions safely and gain insight.
